This suspension washer is a suspension component compatible with Thunder, Victor, Storm, Achilleus, City, Compact, Sonic. It is a silver hardened steel washer with internal serrations, designed to slide onto the suspension axle before the suspension arms are installed. The serrated inner bore keys against the axle to prevent rotation, while the flat faces sit between the axle shoulder and suspension arms. It connects the suspension axle to the swing arms and frame assembly, maintaining alignment and load distribution. Installed during axle assembly, it works with a nylon-insert hex nut to secure the suspension joint under vibration.
